After training at the Western Culinary Institute of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Tiferet Carbajal was inspired to start a catering business in 2008. Sweeties Cafe & Catering was launched in 2012, dishing up California inspired meals, largely influenced by the seasons. The diner was a result of a very successful catering business that earned Sweetie’s a good reputation in Redding and beyond. With hard work and desire to please, we laid a solid foundation of happy customers.
